The AVCA Bylaws are established and adopted by the Association for the governance of the AVCA leadership and our membership community, as well as for the regulation of the AVCA’s affairs as a non-profit professional membership organization in accordance with local, state, and federal legislation. The AVCA board of directors must be notified of any bylaw changes 90 days prior to any action by its voting members.
