AVCA: Who or what has made you want to pursue coaching?
Ivana Rich: My genuine love for volleyball and my passion for working with and developing students at the collegiate level.
AVCA: Who or what has been your biggest coaching influence?
IR: My biggest influences have been all of my past coaches. All of them have had a major impact on my development as a player and as a person.

- Playing: 2 years at Diamond Jrs. VBC; 4 years at Virginia Commonwealth University
- Coaching: Mid-Atlantic VBC - 14's/HP (2 years), James Finley Volleyball Camps (3 years), Chowan University (2010, Volunteer Assistant), Virginia State University (2011, Head Coach)
AVCA: What are you most looking forward to at the 2011 AVCA Annual Convention?
IR: I am looking forward to gaining knowledge and tools that will elevate my coaching potential. I am also looking forward to networking with more experienced coaches and volleyball professionals.
