No. 15 Eastern Mennonite Sweeps DII Lees-McRae

Banner Elk, N.C. - The Eastern Mennonite University men's volleyball team moved to 9-7 overall on the season following a 3-1 non-conference win over NCAA Division II Lees-McRae Friday night in Banner Elk, N.C.
Game scores were 30-26, 30-18, 25-30, and 30-28.
Senior setter Ben Yoder (Lederach, Pa./Christopher Dock), who was named the North East Collegiate Volleyball Association Player of the Week, had 48 assists against the Bobcats while senior outside Ethan Fry (Guatemala City, Guatemala/Christian Academy of Guatemala) had 15 kills and 12 digs for EMU.
Senior Calen Hochstetler (Orange Co., Calif./Palomar C.C.) had a team high 17 kills while freshman middle Frankie Coto (Miami, Fla./Southwest Miami) had 11 kills, four block assists and one solo block in the win.
The Royals will now travel to Bristol, Tenn., for a match against King College on Saturday, February 23, at 2 p.m.
