Justin Schnor, a 6-4 senior outside hitter for 15th-ranked Loyola University Chicago (6-3, 3-1 MIVA), has been selected the AVCA/Sports Imports Division I/II Men's National Player of the Week after leading the Ramblers to a 1-1 record versus two ranked opponents. Schnor recorded a team-high 23 kills and three service aces to go with seven digs against fifth-ranked Lewis. He hit .439 with five errors on 41 attempts, forcing the Flyers to five games. Schnor followed that outing with a .750 hitting percentage (22-1-28) in a sweep of 11th-ranked Ball State, posting the ninth-best single-match performance in Loyola history and helping the Ramblers to the third best team hitting percentage (.542) in a single match. He averaged 5.63 kills, 1.13 digs and 0.38 aces on the week, while hitting .565 over the course of eight games.
