LEXINGTON, Ky. - Two new partners have joined the AVCA at its Spring Conference in Provo, Utah, for 21st Century Coaching SkillsData Project and Sport Science Lab, both of whom are committed to helping volleyball coaches achieve the 21st Century Skills needed to compete in today's game, will have a big presence when attendees descend on Brigham Young University May 7-9.

"We are thrilled to add Data Project and Sport Science Lab as sponsors for our Spring Conference," said Kathy DeBoer, AVCA Executive Director.  "Both companies are doing cutting-edge work, using technology and exercise science respectively, to give volleyball coaches the edge necessary to set their teams apart.  These additions make a good lineup even stronger. Coaches who pride themselves in staying current will not miss this conference."

Believing that athletic programs which embrace technology and the need for 21st Century Coaching Skills are moving quickly ahead of those that don't, Data Project, a leader in volleyball statistical and video analysis software, decided that the AVCA Spring Conference was a must-attend for them, and the coaches attending this event would be a great fit for their company.

Data Project is offering their basic user course for Data Volley 2007 and Data Video 2007, valued at $225, FREE of charge to registered Spring Conference attendees.

Sport Science Lab has put together athletic training and fitness programs and exercises based on four decades of research and evidence.  Their scientifically-based fitness program allows each athlete and fitness seeker to attain new levels of athleticism and fitness by radically impacting speed, power, quickness, grace and precision of movement.

Sport Science Lab is sponsoring a "Lunch & Learn" at the Conference, where they will demonstrate a specialized training for volleyball, and how Isokenitics can change the face of volleyball training.
