I. AVCA Announcements
- Online registration for the 2010 Spring Conference is still available through Friday (April 16)
- Grant Burger Media Award nominations are now being accepted through May 3
- AVCA Hall of Fame nominations are being accepted through May 14
- 2 for 1 Membership Promotion still available
II. New Members on Committee
- Chuck Rey (Winthrop) - Big South
- Dottie Porch (George Mason) - Colonial
- Joe Adams (NE Wesleyan) - Div. III
- Justine Adams (Emory) - Div. III
- Still in need of a West Coast Rep
III. HCC Call
- Point of clarification: You cannot advertise camps with fliers at high school or club tournaments
IV. Committee Updates
- Eric Hammond (Publications): Always looking for people to write or propose topic for ACC section of Coaching Volleyball. Email the committee with the topic and its 600 words. Deadline for the Aug/Sept. issue is June 14.
V. Future Initiatives
- Need subcommittees for USAV and JVA
- Need 1-2 more members for Keynote speaker committee and Publications committee.
- Will ask for something tangible produced from each committee in near future
