Amanda Massey, a senior setter for the Colorado School of Mines, has been named the Sports Imports/AVCA Division II National Player of the Week after leading her team to two victories, with one of them coming over a top - five team.  That squad was then - No. 4 Nebraska-Kearney, who lost in four sets thanks to Massey's 48 assists.  With the Orediggers riding high, they swept through Chadron in their second match of the week as Massey helped set her team to a .366 hitting percentage.  For the week, she averaged 12.57 assists per set, bringing her career total to 2.410 assists, which moved her into sole possession of third-place on the Mines' all-time assist list.  This is the first time in program history an Oredigger has earned Sports Imports/AVCA Division II Player of the Week honors. They are coached by Jamie Skadeland.
