Amanda Massey, a senior setter for the Colorado School of Mines, has been named the Sports Imports/AVCA Division II National Player of the Week after leading her team to a pair of victories over then- two AVCA Top-25 teams.  In the Orediggers first match against then-No. 22 Regis, Massey recorded 50 assists, eight digs and had six kills in 11 attempts for a .455 hitting percentage.  In the Saturday match against then-No. 9 Metro State, she tallied a career-high 65 assists in the five-set win.  The Colorado native finished the weekend with 115 total assists, averaging 12.8 per set.  This is the second time in program history an Oredigger has earned Sports Imports/AVCA Division II Player of the Week honors, with both of them coming from Amanda Massey.  She first won it the week of September 27 of this year. They are coached by Jamie Skadeland.
