Carley Todd, a junior setter for Salisbury University, has been named the Sports Imports/AVCA Division III National Player of the Week after they went a perfect 5-0 last week in the York College Spartan Invitational.  She was truly dominant across the board, racking up four triple-doubles in the five matches and one double-double.   Her best match of the week came against Rochester, where she had 10 kills, 11 digs and 26 assists while hitting .409, compared to the overall team hitting percentage of .156 in that match.  For the week, she averaged 2.57 kills, 4.52 assists and 2.81 digs per set while hitting at a .313 clip.  This is just the second time an athlete from Salisbury University has earned the Sports Imports/AVCA Division III National Player of the Week award.  In order to see who won it the first time, you have to go back to the week of October 28, 2008, when Rachel Downes garnered the award.   The Sea Gulls are coached by Margie Knight.
