August 23 - 2011 Division III Preseason Watch List Nominations due to AVCA Office by 5:00 p.m. EST
October 3 - Division IIII Awards Packet sent to member head coaches
October 14 - Head Coach Membership Deadline
** Head coaches must have an active AVCA membership by this date in order to be eligible for post-season awards.
Wednesday, October 26- Regional Coach of the Year and National Assistant Coach of the Year Nominations Due to AVCA Office
Friday, October 28 - Tuesday, November 1 - Online nomination period for Division III Postseason Awards
Thursday, November 10 - AVCA All-Region Teams, Region Freshmen of the Year and AVCA Region Coaches of the Year announced via AVCA press release.
Friday, November 11 - Victory Club Form Deadline
Tuesday, November 15 - All-America Teams Announced
Wednesday, November 16 - All-America Teams Presentation at NCAA Division III Championship Banquet in St. Louis, MO on the campus of Washington University-St. Louis.
Thursday, December 15 - jostens Coaches Honors Luncheon in San Antonio.
Friday, December 16 - AVCA All-America/Players of the Year Banquet presented by Zamst in San Antonio.
