- October 12 - Head Coach Membership Deadline
** Head coaches must have an active AVCA membership by this date in order to be eligible for post-season awards. - Friday, November 9 - Victory Club Form Deadline
- Thursday, November 15 - Sunday, November 18 - Online nomination period for Division II Postseason Awards
- Monday, November 12 - Regional Coach of the Year and National Assistant Coach of the Year Nominations Due to AVCA Office
- Wednesday, November 21 - AVCA All-Region Teams, Region Freshmen of the Year and AVCA Region Coaches of the Year announced via AVCA press release.
- Thursday, November 29 - All-America Teams and National Freshman of the Year Announced.
- Thursday, December 13 - jostens Coaches Honors Luncheon in Louisville, Ky.
- Friday, December 14 - AVCA All-America/Players of the Year Banquet in Louisville, Ky.
