- August 23 - Preseason Watch List Nominations Due to AVCA Office by 5:00 p.m. EST
- October 3 - Division II Awards Packet sent to member head coaches
- October 14 - Head Coach Membership Deadline
** Head coaches must have an active AVCA membership by this date in order to be eligible for post-season awards. - Friday, November 11 - Victory Club Form Deadline
- Monday, November 14 - Thursday, November 17 - Online nomination period for Division II Postseason Awards
- Monday, November 14 - Regional Coach of the Year and National Assistant Coach of the Year Nominations Due to AVCA Office
- Wednesday, November 23 - AVCA All-Region Teams, Region Freshmen of the Year and AVCA Region Coaches of the Year announced via AVCA press release.
- Monday, November 28 - All-America Teams and National Freshman of the Year Announced.
- Thursday, December 15 - jostens Coaches Honors Luncheon in San Antonio.
- Friday, December 16 - AVCA All-America/Players of the Year Banquet presented by Zamst in San Antonio.
