Membership deadline (head coaches) in order to be eligible for the AVCA Postseason Awards Program (This includes new members as well as renewals). List of nationally ranked teams emailed to member head coaches for compiling statistics versus nationally ranked teams for All-America consideration.

AVCA Division III National Coach of the Year preliminary ballot e-mailed.
Thursday, April 11 thru Monday, April 15 - Student-Athlete Nominations Accepted
Nominations will be accepted on-line beginning at 8:00 am (ET) on Thursday, April 11 through 5:00 pm (ET) on Monday, April 15.
Tuesday, April 16
AVCA Division III National Coach of the Year preliminary ballot due to AVCA.
Tuesday, April 16
AVCA Division III National Assistant Coach of the Year nomination due.
Wednesday, April 17
AVCA Division III National Coach of the Year final ballot e-mailed.
Thursday, April 18
Awards Committee conference call to select award winners.
Monday, April 22
All-America Teams and Newcomer of the Year are announced.
Tuesday, April 23
AVCA Division III National Coach of the Year final ballot due to AVCA.
Thursday, April 25
AVCA Division III Men's Player of the Year announced at the NCAA Division III Men's Championship Banquet. AVCA Division III Men's All-America Teams and Newcomer of the Year are presented at the banquet.
Friday, April 26
National Coach and Assistant Coach of the Year Announced.
