Carley Todd, a senior setter for Salisbury University, has been named the Sports Imports/AVCA Division III National Player of the Week.  The Sea Gulls finished the week winning all four of their matches at the NYU Invitational, with Todd being named the Tournament's Most Valuable Player.  She did it all in the first match against SUNY New Paltz, recording her 12th career  triple-double with 11 kills, 27 assists and 22 digs with a .476 attack percentage to boot.  In their next two victories over NYU and Geneseo State, Todd recorded a combined 61 assists, 18 digs and another 12 kills before their final match of the week against Stevens.  Only playing two sets against the Ducks, the New York native was able to tally another 13 assists and six kills.  For the week, she averaged 9.18 assists, 4,27 digs and 2.73 kills per set, with the 31 assists against Geneseo matching a career-high.  This is the third time an athlete from Salisbury has earned the Sports Imports/AVCA Division III National Player of the Week award and the second for Todd, who garnered the distinction last year the week of September 27th.  The Sea Gulls are coached by Margie Knight.
