Friday, September 21 - Head Coach Membership Deadline
* Head coaches must be members by this date in order for their student-athletes to be eligible for the AVCA Postseason Awards Program. This includes new members as well as renewals.  Contact Kelly Stosik if you have any questions (859) 226-4315, ext. 108 or kstosik@avca.org.
 
Monday, October 29 - National/Regionally Ranked Teams Released
* This list will be mailed to member head coaches only.  ONLY teams on this list are to be used when compiling summary statistics for regionally and nationally ranked competition on the Statistical Summary Form in the AVCA Awards Packet.
 
Wednesday, Nov. 7 - Coach of the Year Nominations Due
* Tachikara/AVCA Region Coach of the Year nominations due at the AVCA office
 
Monday, November 12 - Player Nomination Packets Express Mailed
* Nominations must arrive at the AVCA by Noon Tuesday, November 13, via overnight mail
 
Wednesday, November 21 - Nominations Due

Monday, November 19 - Committee Calls
* AVCA All-Region committee conference calls

Tuesday, November 20 - All-Region Teams Announced
* AVCA All-Region teams released: 12 athletes on each of the 8 All-Region teams
* Tachikara/AVCA Region Coaches of the Year released
 
Friday, November 23 - All-American Conference Call
* AVCA All-American selection committee conference call
 
Friday, November 23 - All-American Team Announced
* AVCA All-America team released (12 First-Team, 12 Second-Team)
* Tachikara/AVCA National Coach of the Year public announcement
 
Wednesday, November 28 - All-American Team Banquet
* AVCA All-American presentation at the NCAA Division II Volleyball Championship
 
Tuesday, Dec. 4 - Coach of the Year Conference Call
