Friday, September 21 - Head Coach Membership Deadline

Monday, November 12 - National/Regionally Ranked Teams Released
* This list will be e-mailed to member head coaches and posted on the AVCA web site. ONLY teams on this list are to be used when compiling summary statistics for regionally and nationally ranked competition on the Statistical Summary Form page 9.

Wednesday, November 21 - Coaching Award Nominations Due
* Tachikara/AVCA Region Coach of the Year nominations received at the AVCA
* Tachikara Victory Club information received at the AVCA

Monday, November 26 - Player Nomination Packets Overnight Mailed
* Nominations must arrive at the AVCA by noon Tuesday, November 27, via overnight mail

Tuesday, December 4 - Committee Calls
* AVCA All-Region committee conference calls
* Tachikara/AVCA Region Coach of the Year conference calls

Wednesday, December 5 - All-Region Teams Announced
* AVCA All-Region teams released: 12 athletes on each of the eight All-Region teams
* Tachikara/AVCA Region Coaches of the Year released

Thursday, December 6 - All-America Videos Due by Noon

Sunday-Tuesday, December 9-11 - Committee Meetings
* AVCA All-America selection committee meeting

Wednesday, December 12 - All-America Team Announced
* AVCA All-America team released (12 First-Team, 12 Second-Team)

Thursday, December 13 - Coaches Awards Banquet
