Included with this letter is the exclusive list of regionally and nationally ranked teams to be used for the compilation of statistics for your nominees for AVCA All-Region and All-America awards.

For AVCA All-Region and All-America Awards purposes, to be considered a regionally ranked team an institution must have been listed in any RichKern.com/AVCA Regional Rankings this season; a nationally ranked team is defined as any team ranked in the 2004 AVCA Division I Coaches Top 25 Poll for any three weeks, excluding the preseason poll.

When you complete the statistics section (page 2) of the on-line nomination process you should only use the teams that are listed on the following page for requirements No. 2 and No. 3 below. You must submit each player's statistics against:

1) All teams on your schedule;
2) regionally ranked teams only (from all regions, not just your own); and,
3) nationally ranked teams only.

If you do not have a 2004 AVCA Awards Packet you may obtain one from the forms and packets of AVCA Online (http://www.avca.org) in Word and PDF formats.

Please remember that all postseason nominations must be submitted on-line and match-by-match statistical reports via fax or e-mail by 10 p.m. EST, Monday, Nov. 29.
