The overall development site for Qwest Center Omaha spans 422 acres which is approximately 100 city blocks. The facility opened in September 2003 and contains more than 1,100,000 square feet, including a 194,000 square foot exhibition hall, more than 63,000 square feet of meeting space and an 18,300 seat arena. The site includes approximately 4,500 parking spaces, including a 3-story, 500 stall parking garage attached to the arena portion of the facility.
