New to this year's exchange will be a session for both club directors and exhibitors on "Forming Marketplace Relationships that Benefit Your Club." The session will be conducted by a panel of companies that have an extensive background in volleyball. The session will take place from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. on December 14.
The third annual Volleyball Business Exchange will follow and consist of 5-minute appointments between club directors and convention exhibitors from 5:45 - 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14. Each exhibitor will have 5 minutes to discuss how their product or service can benefit a club. After one appointment is completed, the club director will immediately have another 5 minute appointment with a different exhibitor. Each club director will meet with each participating exhibitor for one 5 minute appointment. No club director will have more than 24 total appointments or meet for more than two hours.
A maximum of 24 club directors will be eligible to participate on a first-come, first-served basis. Those club directors who participate in all appointments will receive a $100 rebate on their convention registration package. The rebate will be distributed at the end of all exchange appointments. Additional details on how to sign-up for the exchange will be sent to club directors in October.
