NCSA/AVCA Spring Girls' Talent Showcase - More Information
The NCSA/AVCA Spring Girls' Talent Showcase is a recruiting combine open to uncommitted and unsigned girls' volleyball players who will graduate from high school in 2010, 2011, 2012 or 2013 as well as junior college athletes.
Registration for student-athletes is $79.
There will be two waves of participants:
New Schedule (updated 3/23/10)
- 6:30 p.m.- 8:30 p.m. -- Class of 2010 (Seniors), 2011 (Juniors), 2010 (Sophomores), 2013 (Freshman) & Junior College
Check-in will begin at 5:00 p.m.
The event will be held in New Orleans at the Ernest N. Morial Covention Center.
Registration will close on March 26, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
Just for Parents!
The doors to the showcase will be closed for viewing by all spectators, excluding college coaches, during each wave. For parents, there will be a FREE educational and information session at the convention center. The National Collegiate Scouting Association (NCSA), title sponsor of the event, will be giving a presentation on their services and how they can help you and your student-athlete succeed in the recruiting process. Following the NCSA will be Kyle Conder, Assistant Provost for Athletics Compliance, and Scott Conners, Assistant Director of Compliance, will speak on the "Top 10 Things Parents Should Know About the Recruiting Process". There will be directional signs as to where the session will be held.
