JVA Japan Youth Volleyball Program

This DVD is jam packed with valuable information of what the JVA learned while on their visit to Japan in the Summer of 2008. Almost all of what you will see in the video clips is steeped in the Japanese culture. You will view specific skill instruction, drills and means of running a successful club. The JVA feels there are a number of items learned in this DVD that could be included in the training environment, if not the US competitive structure, that will assist in improving individual and team skills.
