Airline Discounts
AVCA Convention attendees are eligible to receive the following discounts on air travel to/from Louisville International Airport (SDF):
American Airlines
- Offers a 5% discount off lowest applicable roundtrip fare.
- Offer is valid for travel to Louisville from December 4 through December 21, 2012.
- To receive the discount book online at www.AA.com/group and use promotion code 18D2BE. You may also receive the discount by calling the American Airlines reservation line at 800-433-1790 and giving the promotion code 18D2BE. A ticketing charge is added to reservations made by phone. There is currently no charge for online ticket purchases.
Delta Airlines
- Offers a 5% - 10% discount off lowest applicable roundtrip fare or Zone fares.
- Offer is valid for travel to Louisville from December 4 through December 21, 2012.
- To receive the discount book online at www.delta.com and enter NME4V in the "Meeting Event Code" box on the "Search Flight" page. You may also receive the discount by calling Delta at 800-328-1111 and refer to ticket designator/meeting file number NME4V. Representatives will be available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET to assist with reservations. There is a charge for using this toll-free reservation number.
United Airlines
- Offers a 2% - 10% discount off lowest applicable roundtrip fare or Zone fares.
- Offer is valid for travel to Louisville from December 7 through December 18, 2012.
- To receive the discount and save an additional 3% book online at www.united.com and use offer code ZMYS992967. In order to receive the discount using a travel agent or by calling the United reservation line (800-521-4041) use agreement code 992967 and Z code ZMYS. Please note that United charges a $25 per ticket service fee for all reservations made over the phone. There is no charge for online ticket purchases.
Car Rental Discounts
AVCA Convention attendees are eligible to receive the following discounts on car rental service in Louisville:
Avis
- Discount varies based on type of vehicle selected and number of rental days.
- Offer is valid for car rental booked December 4 through December 21 from Louisville Avis locations.
- To receive the discount use Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number D006916 when booking the reservation.

Sandollar Limousine Airport Transportation Discount
AVCA Convention attendees are eligible to receive the following discounts on Sandollar Limousine shuttle service to/from Louisville International Airport and AVCA Convention hotels:
- Shared ride van service one way - $15 per person
- Shared ride van service round trip - $22 per person
- To make a reservation please go to www.sandollarlimo.com or call 502-561-4022. In the "Additional Comments" box please type AVCA in order to get the discounted rate.
Important Information:
- Shuttles depart the airport at 15 and 45 minutes after the hour.
- Shuttles depart from AVCA Convention hotels beginning at 4 a.m. daily running approximately every 30 minutes until 1 p.m. ET. Beginning at 1 p.m. shuttles run on the hour only. Reservations are required for hotel pick-up.
- Shuttle pick-up can be found outside the baggage claim area. Guests should look for the green "Hotel" signs and can get on any Sandollar Shuttle. The driver will have a list of guests who have made reservations. Please note there is no Sandollar kiosk at the airport. Shuttle drivers can sell ground transportation tickets at the airport but service could be delayed depending on the number of seats available in the shuttle. Attendees with reservations will receive first priority. The AVCA recommends making a reservation if the shuttle service will be utilized.
