Samantha Dabbs -- Convention Experience
I had a blast and met so many great people. I really enjoyed attending all the social events at night and having my coaches introduce me to so many people. Just to be able to relax and have a normal conversation with these coaches was really nice. I liked being able to ask them questions and pick their minds apart about coaching. I think every coach I met that realized I wanted to become a coach someday said "are you sure you want to coach, or what are you thinking?" :) Of course they were all joking and we got a good laugh out of it.
My favorite part of the convention was meeting tons of great people. This experience really let me see the side of coaching that I have yet to experience. I still have so much more to learn but this opportunity was huge for me. Thanks again for everything!
