The AVCA Phenom College Preparatory Program is a weekend of events held in conjunction with the AVCA Annual Convention. The AVCA Phenom College Prep Program is an invitation-only event for unsigned Under Armour Watch List and AVCA Phenom athletes. For 2013, the event will be held in Seattle, Washington from December 19 - 22. Participating student-athletes and their parents will attend educational sessions, the Under Armour All-America High School Volleyball Match, NCAA volleyball matches, interact with AVCA Collegiate All-Americans, undergo Volleyball Performance Index (VPI) testing and Athlete Behavioral Profile (ABP), and participate in the NCSA/AVCA Talent Showcase during which athletes demonstrate their skills in front of the 200+ college coaches in attendance.
The AVCA Phenom College Prep Program is a weekend for student-athletes and their parents to learn, network and socialize. The event is designed to prepare and educate participants and their parents about playing volleyball at the collegiate level. A brief schedule of events can be found below. A detailed schedule will be posted before reigstration opens in October.

- Check-in at AVCA registration to collect itinerary and other materials.
- Phenom Orientation at the Washington State Convention Center
- 2013 Under Armour All-America High School Volleyball Match at Key Arena
Saturday, December 21
- Panel discussion with 2013 AVCA Collegiate All-Americans
- Volleyball Performance Index (VPI) metrics by SoloSpike. Click here for an explanation of the VPI.
- Athlete Behavioral Profile (ABP)
- Education session featuring college coaches of all divisions
- Educational sessions discussing recruiting regulations for the NCAA and NAIA

Don't forget, high school coaches MUST be a current AVCA member in order for their athlete to be eligible for the Phenom College Preparatory Program or the Under Armour All-America Program.
