Eight of the nation’s top collegiate volleyball teams will open the 2026 women’s season­­ at the AVCA First Serve August 21-23 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This event will feature the first six matches of 2026 Division I women’s volleyball and promises to kick off the season with a bang!

Tickets:

• Tickets will be sold via Ticketmaster beginning on January 30. Fill out our form for access to the ticket presale and for a chance to win the ultimate fan package.

Teams:

This year’s event will include all four of the 2025 NCAA Championship semifinalists—national champion Texas A&M, Kentucky, Pittsburgh, and Wisconsin—as well as Arizona State, Louisville, SMU, and Texas. Each of the eight participating teams were ranked in the top 12 of the final 2025 AVCA/TARAFLEX Division I Women’s Volleyball Poll, and they all advanced to at least the Sweet 16 of last season’s championship.

NOTE: Current NCAA legislation only allows schools to participate in AVCA First Serve two times in a four-year period.
