Important Schedule Requirements Reminder:

As you complete the form, please keep in mind the general schedule expectations for AVCA internships: 

  • Internships are remote and require consistent weekly availability throughout the semester. Schedules can be flexible based on athletic and academic requirements. 
  • Most roles average 10–12 hours per week. 
  • Requirements by internship position:  
    • Awards & Recognition – Mondays required, Tuesdays preferred, additional days welcome;  
    • Communications & Content Creation – Mondays & Tuesdays preferred (1 of those required), additional days welcome;  
    • All others – at least 3 days of availability.
