LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY (May 4, 2023) — The AVCA is proud to announce its 11th annual Collegiate Beach All-America Teams. This year, the first and second teams include 16 members each, and the 32 players honored represent 15 schools.

Heading the list of 2023 honorees are Daniela Alvarez and Tania Moreno of TCU, who are the AVCA Pair of the Year and first-team All-Americans for the third-consecutive season. Lexy Denaburg (UCLA), Megan Kraft (USC), and Xolani Hodel (Stanford) also are three-time AVCA All-Americans. UCLA was the only school with two All-American pairs: Denaburg & Maggie Boyd and Abby Van Winkle & Peri Brennan.

The awards selections were made by the AVCA Collegiate Beach All-America Committee: Beth Van Fleet of Georgia State (chair), Andrew Fuller of Stanford, Hector Gutierrez of TCU, Kristina Hernandez of Stetson, Darin Van Horn of UT Chattanooga, and Allison Voigt of Boise State.
