The AVCA created a Watch List for its 2024 Division I Player of the Year Award, presented by Nike Volleyball.

The inaugural list, revealed Sept. 20, included 36 players, and the committee added 16 other players in mid-October.

The Watch List has now been narrowed down to 14 semifinalists; their information is listed below.

The last step is announcing the finalists, and that information will be released in mid-December before the AVCA Convention. The 2024 AVCA Player of the Year will be announced on Friday, Dec. 20, in Louisville, KY, during the Convention.

NOTE: Players who aren’t semifinalists can still be added to the list of finalists in December.
