- Sanders led Manhattan Christian to the national title at the NCCAA Division II Women’s Volleyball Championship this season.
- That win gave the Thunder their first NCCAA championship in program history.
- Four of the players on this year’s squad earned AVCA NCCAA Division II All-America honors.
- She led the team to a 32-1 record that included a 20-match winning streak to close out the memorable season.
- This is Sanders’ second AVCA NCCAA Coach of the Year award, as she was the 2023 recipient as well.
