HEATHER PAVLIK, JUNIATA COLLEGE
- Pavlik picks up her first Division III national coach of the year honor.
- Juniata has made her 14th season as head coach a memorable one, as it has rolled through the season with a perfect 32-0 record.
- How dominant has her team been? They have 29 sweeps so far this season and have a current 76-set win streak, which is a Division III record.
- The Eagles enter the NCAA quarterfinals having won 94 matches in a row—also a DIII record—dating back to September of 2022.
- Four players from Pavlik’s 2024 squad are AVCA first-team All-Americans.
- Her career record is 378-68, for an .847 winning percentage.
Division III Assistant Coach of the Year
CARRIE LEHOCKY, HOPE COLLEGE
- She rejoined the coaching staff at her alma mater for the 2018 season and became associate head coach in 2022.
- Lehocky has helped the Dutch to a 28-2 record in 2024, and they enter the Division III Elite Eight having won their last 20 matches.
- Three players from this year’s team earned AVCA All-America honors—two were first-team picks and another was a third-teamer.
- She is Hope’s defensive coordinator, calls serves, and manages team wellness.
- She was a defensive specialist during her playing career at Hope before graduating in 2007.
