Eligible nominees must be:

  • 30 years old or younger as of December 31, 2023 [born 1993 or later]
  • Active AVCA members
  • Currently coaching High School volleyball (girls, boys, beach)

Nominations may be submitted by:

  • Coaching colleagues or staff
  • Current/former athletes of the nominee
  • State coaches association or related organization
  • Self-nominations ARE permitted
