STEVEN GREAM, COWLEY COLLEGE
- The veteran coach led Cowley to another magical season, which culminated in a second-straight NJCAA Division II national championship.
- The win in the title match gave Gream’s team a 40-0 record in 2024, and it extended the Tigers’ winning streak to 81 matches.
- His squad’s dominance is evidenced by the fact that they only dropped five sets this season.
- Three of the players from his 2024 team earned All-America honors from the NJCAA, including AVCA Two-Year College Player of the Year Laura Bonomi.
- This was Gream’s ninth seasons at the helm for Cowley, and he has a 307-46 overall record.

CAMILA ARAUJO, NEW MEXICO MILITARY INSTITUTE
- She helped New Mexico Military enjoy a very memorable 2024 season.
- This year’s team had 32-4 record, was a perfect 14-0 in conference play, and advanced to the NJCAA Division I Volleyball Championship for the seventh time since 2016.
- From Sept. 1 through the Region V Tournament, the Lady Broncos had a run of 25 straight victories.
- In her role as an assistant, she focuses on coaching/teaching with all positions, developing scouting reports, and assisting with recruiting.
- This was her fifth season with NMMI volleyball.
