MIDWEST REGION COACH OF THE YEAR
Jordan Vidovic, Marist (IL) High School
2025 Record: 40-2
Vidovic guided the RedHawks to a number of milestones in 2025, as his team finished the season 40-2 after winning the school’s second straight Illinois boys volleyball state title. They became the first team from Illinois to win a tournament in California when they took the title at the 2025 Karch Kiraly Tournament of Champions in Santa Barbara.
NORTHEAST REGION COACH OF THE YEAR

2025 Record: 18-0
Kropp’s 37th year as a boys high school volleyball coach was a very memorable one. He led Eastport South Manor to a perfect 18-0 record, which resulted in another New York state championship for Eastport South Manor. How dominant were the 2025 Sharks? They dropped only one set all season.
SOUTH REGION COACH OF THE YEAR
Tracy Stevens, Green Hill (TN) High School
2025 Record: 21-1
It was a banner season for Stevens and the Hawks in 2025, as they closed out the year by winning 12 matches in a row to finish with a 21-1 record. In the Tennessee playoff finals, Green Hill avenged its only loss on the season—to Brentwood Academy—by sweeping the Eagles to earn the title.
