Lexington, KY (November 26, 2025) – The AVCA is proud to announce Christina Boesiger from Norris High School (NE) as the 2025 AVCA National High School Coach of the Year. Boesiger will be honored during the AVCA Honors Banquet on Thursday, December 18 in Kansas City, Missouri.

CHRISTINA BOESIGER, NORRIS HIGH SCHOOL (NE)

• Boesiger led Norris High School to the 2025 Nebraska Class B State Championship, finishing the season 38-1.
• Boesiger also led Norris to state championships in 2013, 2014, and 2025, in addition to finishing state runner-up in 2002, 2020, 2021, and 2023.
• The Titans have won 13 conference championships under her tutelage.
• Boesiger was named the 2015 Lincoln Journal Star Coach of the Year, 2022 NCA All-Star Coach, 2024-25 NCA Coach of the Year, and 2024 Omaha World Heard Female Coach of the Year.
• In 2024, Boesiger passed 500 career wins and joined the AVCA Victory Club.
• This season marks Boesiger’s 25th year of coaching volleyball, with an overall record of 577-201.
