- The Player of the Year award adds to Ray’s long list of accomplishments, which include becoming the program’s first three-time, first-team AVCA All-American and its first four-time, first-team All-SCIAC pick.
- Her name is all over the Division III stat leader lists this season, as she ranks first in kills, points, and points-per-set average.
- She has 12 matches with 20 or more kills, including a career-best 37 in the NCAA Regional Final to help the Leopards get the reverse sweep at No. 6 Johns Hopkins to punch their to the 2025 Elite Eight.
- The outside hitter helped La Verne earn the No. 1 ranking in the AVCA/TARAFLEX Division III Poll for seven-consecutive weeks this season, which marks the longest streak in school history.
- Ray holds the school record for career kills (with 1,923 entering next week’s NCAA Championship quarterfinals).
