Sofia Izuzquiza and Allanis Navas, TCU

Sofia Izuzquiza and Allanis Navas of TCU have been named the AVCA/CBVB Pair of the Week for the second time this season. Competing at the No. 3 spot, the freshman-and-senior duo were instrumental to the Horned Frogs earning its first beach national championship. They secured crucial points against No. 17 Georgia State, No. 7 Texas, and No. 6 Cal Poly, to propel TCU to its first appearance in the NCAA final. In the title match, Izuzquiza and Navas picked up their third, straight-set win in Gulf Shores. The pair ends the season with an impressive 26-2 record.
