LEXINGTON, KY (October 17, 2022) – The American Volleyball Coaches Association is proud to announce the Club Awards for the 2022 season. The AVCA Club Awards program is in its seventh year and recognizes deserving coaches and club directors in the youth/club volleyball community.
The AVCA honors a Club Director of the Year and a Beach Club Director of the Year. Additionally, a Club Coach of the Year in each of the seven girls age divisions (12s-18s), a Beach Club Coach of the Year, and a Boys Club Coach of the Year are named. Club Coach and Club Director of the Year honorees will be recognized at the Jostens Coaches Honors luncheon at the 2022 AVCA Convention in Omaha, Nebraska.
The AVCA is also announcing the third class of Innovation Award and Net Works Award honorees. These awards were introduced in 2020 to honor club coaches who went above and beyond to support their teams, club, and community during challenging times. The AVCA is proud to again recognize coaches and members of the club volleyball community who find creative ways to serve with dedication and enthusiasm.
