The AVCA and 10 other college sports coaches associations sent a Letter For the Record to Congressional Subcommittee members as a follow up to a hearing last week on Capitol Hill on college athletics. The letter, titled “Winning Off the Field: Legislative Proposal to Stabilize NIL and College Athletics,” focuses on a path forward in the college athletics landscape that would help preserve Olympic sports programs.

The landmark NCAA House Settlement has finally been approved. The settlement ends three separate antitrust lawsuits alleging that the NCAA unlawfully limited the earning potential of college athletes.
