For the first time in school history, Southern Virginia begins the season as the top-ranked team in the AVCA Division III Men’s Volleyball Poll. The Knights top the preseason poll, followed by No. 2 NYU; No. 3 Cal Lutheran, the defending champs; No. 4 Stevens; and No. 5 Juniata.
