Steve Aird has transformed Indiana into a Big Ten contender, leading the Hoosiers to the winningest four-year stretch in program history (77 wins from 2022-25), a school-record 25-win season in 2025, an NCAA Regional Semifinal appearance, multiple top-15 recruiting classes, and the development of numerous All-Big Ten, All-American, and professional players.
