Thank you to the 774 participants in 46 states took part in a record-setting AVCA Fall Volleyball Officials Appreciation Week! This year’s participation tops the previous record of 754 participants set in 2024. Thank you to all who participated – elementary, middle & high school; beach; club; boys; NCAA DI-II-III; NAIA; and Two-Year Colleges. The final number of participants is still being calculated and will be released soon.
The AVCA has announced its 2025 Girls High School National Player of the Year Watch List, presented by Nike Volleyball, spotlighting 38 elite athletes from 19 states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, OH, OR, TX, UT, and WI. Four finalists will be named on November 18, with the National Player of the Year honored at the AVCA All-America Banquet on December 19 in Kansas City.
