Coach Young is a dedicated Missouri High School Volleyball Coaches Association (MHSVCA) coach, representing one of AVCA’s valued Affiliate Partners, and has led Lafayette to multiple state championships. He has earned national and state coaching honors from the AVCA, USA Today, Volleyball Magazine, MaxPreps, and the MHSVCA, and is a proud inductee of both the MHSVCA and Missouri Coaches Association Hall of Fame.

AVCA Phenom College Prep Program – For the fourteenth year, the AVCA will host the invitation only Phenom College Preparatory Program on December 18-20, in Kansas City. Since the start of the program, 80% of participating athletes end up on college rosters! Registration opens September 24!
