Watch as Springfield Lutheran High School Head Volleyball Coach Katie McCulley explains the “Rapid Fire: Serve Receive Drill.” This drill is designed to increase focus, communication, quick movement, competitiveness, and to create chaos for your serve receive passers. Drill Setup: Place 3 serve receive passers on one side of the court with one target. You should have 3 or more (unlimited) servers on the other side of the court. The drill is timed. Run the drill for 2-3 minutes (coaches’ choice) per group of serve receive passers.
