The AVCA Boys Talent Showcase is a recruiting event designed to provide high school boys the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of the collegiate coaches that are planning to attend the AVCA Convention. The AVCA will also be offering an athlete skills clinic on the Friday before the Talent Showcase on Saturday.
The 2026 AVCA Boys Showcase will take place at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, TX on Saturday, December 19. The cost $99 per athlete prior to Friday, November 20. For an additional $25, athletes can take part in the AVCA Boys Showcase Clinic in the evening on Friday, December 18 at the convention center. Registered athletes will have a chance to learn and develop their skills with the guidance of elite men’s college coaches from across the country.

With a berth in the 2027 Men’s World Volleyball Cup already secured, the U.S. Men’s National Team kept its foot on the gas to win gold Wednesday night at the 2026 NORCECA Men’s Continental Championship in Moncton, NB, Canada. The squad defeated Canada for the top spot, 3-2 (25-19, 26-24, 25-27, 17-25, 15-13), avoiding the reverse sweep.
With the gold, the U.S. Men have concluded the 2026 national team season with a 28-6 record. Canada will now play a mini-tournament against Cuba, the Dominican Republic and Mexico for an 2028 Olympic bid.
2026 Boys Indoor NTDP Fall Training Series Rosters Announced
Boys volleyball athletes from 19 different states and 21 different USA Volleyball regions will gather at the Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs Sept. 17-20 for the NTDP Boys Indoor Fall Training Series.
USAV Men’s Beach Collegiate Challenge Series Begins Next Weekend
USA Volleyball set to host the Men’s Beach Collegiate Challenge with two premier events — one on the East Coast and one on the West Coast — representing the organization’s first coast-to-coast staging of the competition.
The 2026 edition begins next weekend in Dania Beach, Florida with the east coast event. Matches will be hosted September 25-27.
The west coast event will take place at Manhattan Beach, California on October 9-11.

Andy Benesh and Taylor Crabb defeated Budinger and Crabb in three sets to earn a rematch with LaBouliere and Partain for the championship.
The title match, however, was ultimately cut short after LaBouliere suffered an injury and was unable to continue.
Benesh and Crabb were awarded the 2026 Wedbush Presents Hermosa Beach Open championship, while LaBouliere and Partain finished as runners-up after an impressive run through the tournament.
