Improving Volleyball Together
Committees all have regular conversations on ways to help colleagues and grow volleyball in their respective areas.
Many of them are coaches committees that discuss pertinent topics relative to their specific level. Those coaches committee chairs serve on the AVCA Board of Directors, and hold monthly virtual meetings with their fellow committee members. Other committees help with various parts of the AVCA including T.E.A.M. Awards, Coaches 4 Coaches, and various Awards Committees.
The committees are vital to the success of volleyball. With these active coaches volunteering their time to help the greater good, they all deserve a high-five from the volleyball community.

T.E.A.M. Committee
The AVCA Togetherness, Empowerment, Accessibility, and Mentoring (T.E.A.M.) Committee is focused on open, meaningful dialogue and action aimed at eliminating barriers to advancement in the volleyball coaching profession and to participation in the sport of volleyball. The Committee also seeks to elevate the sport through the AVCA T.E.A.M. Awards Program by embracing the power of recognition and the transformational effect of professional and personal development programming.
