Webinar | Taking Over a High School Program
Taking over a program can be tedious and rough at times. There are plenty of speed bumps we have all hit early in our careers. We want to look at this process from searching for the job to ending that first season. We want to lay out things that have and haven't worked for us during this process.
1. Participants will have a better understanding of things to consider when searching for their next job.
2. Participants will hear of possible speed bumps and how to manage them more effectively.
3. Participants will be able to more effectively make changes to their new program and evaluate themselves at the end of that first season.
