Building a System for In-Season Strength & Conditioning
Strength training is essential to achieving peak performance on the court. However, many coaches do not have access to a dedicated strength and conditioning coach. This session is built with these coaches in mind, along with anyone looking for insight into the process of designing an effective in-season strength training program. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of how to successfully create and implement their own strength and conditioning programs to achieve maximal results and long-term progress.
