This session will explore what characteristics to look for in identifying your setter, the technical and tactical aspects of training your setter and finally how you can evaluate your setter's performance and determine where they need to improve. Evaluation tools and measurable performance indicators to determine what areas need improvement.
Providing feedback and using video analysis for growth.
