Large Roster Sizes, Roster Demands, and Recruiting Demands – How to Deal with the Pressures of Roster Size and Demand with Coaches that Have the Biggest Collegiate Rosters
The demand from administrations to increase roster size has swarmed institutions across the country. The coaches panel will share how current collegiate head coaches deal with administration, organization, practice, retention, home life, mental health etc with rosters that exceed 30-plus student athletes. The panel will include Michael Sopocy (NPU - Rosters with 40-plus), Jeanne Czipri (Central College - Rosters of 30-Plus), and others. We also made sure to include coaches with different home lifestyles, so they can share how they still have time for their significant other, kids, and coaches own mental health
