Serving Supremacy and Shifted Bases
The most important skill that you’re not training? Serving. It’s a skill that truly differentiates the good teams from the elite. A commitment to being a good serving team means training the instinct to disrupt and keep elite teams off balance. Playing those elite teams also means being able to counter their service intentions with unique reception strategies.
In this session we will be:
- Articulating a common language for serving outcomes
- Training a “disruptive” serving mindset and countering it with unique serve receive patterns
- Developing the ability to pair serving intentions with defensive plans
