Webinar| What I’ve Learned in 20 Years in High Performance Sport
As a fairly recent Ph.D. in Biomechanics and long-time volleyball fan, USA Volleyball's Peter Vint wrote an article for the 1999 summer issue of Sidelines, entitled, “Necessary Relationships: Volleyball and Sport Science”. As it turns out, he was pretty clueless: Not in the science behind the game but on the issues that challenge coaches, scientists, and analysts from taking full advantage of their collective expertise. In this talk, he describes some of the key learnings and experiences he's had from more than two decades of working with the United States Olympic Committee, Premier League, Professional Sports, and now with USA Volleyball.
